THRIFTY AT THIRTY DAY MARK- “KIKA” AND “JOYA” PASS PRE WEIGH IN

WBC flyweight female champion, Jessica “Kika” Chavez, passed  the WBC mandatory pre 30 day weigh in, ahead of her defence against Esmeralda “Joya” Moreno, on July 23rd at the  Arena Oasis in Cancun, Quintana Roo.

Chavez Valencia, puts her reign up for usurpation for the third occasion. She`S already defeated Italian, Simona Galassi, and the Argentinian, Vanesa “Negra” Taborda.

“Kika” who`s been preparing in the Nevado de Toluca tipped 54.000 kg,  being comfortably inside the limit which is 55.700 kilograms, within 10% of the division limit requirement.

Not to be outdone, Moreno, from her training camp in Chimalhuacán, Estado de México, presented  exactly the same weight…namely 53.700 kg.
