Two-time UFC heavyweight champion Tim Sylvia wasn’t overly impressed by Michael Bisping’s Hall of Fame induction over the past weekend.
Sylvia (31-10, 1 NC) first won the UFC’s heavyweight title in 2003 against Ricco Rodriguez. He then won it for the second time in 2006 against Andrei Arlovski. “The Maine-iac” retired from MMA in 2015 after failing to get medical clearance for a super heavyweight fight.
The 43-year-old was not happy with Bisping’s HOF induction that was announced at UFC London this past weekend, voicing his opinion on Twitter.
“I can’t help but laugh when I see stuff like this,” Sylvia wrote. “When Frank Shamrock, Jens Pulver, and myself are all out here like WTF, really?”
Sylvia didn’t stop there. His attention then turned towards UFC president Dana White, labelling him a ‘d-ck’ who he would ‘slap’ if he saw him. Sylvia also labelled the UFC’s Hall of Fame as a ‘popularity contest.’
“Everyone knows Dana is a d-ck,” Sylvia said. “UFC HOF is a popularity contest on who kisses Dana’s ass and is a ‘yes sir’ to him. I never took his sh-t and never will. If I could get him in a gym with me I would slap his teeth down his throat. For me and all the other fighters.”
