Australian hot star Tim Tszyu (20-0, 15 KO’s), son of Russian Hall-of-Fame undisputed champion Kostya Tszyu, was too slick and strong for Japanese warrior Takeshi Inoue (17-2-1, 10 KO’s), decisively defeating him via 12-round unanimous decision tonight (Wednesday Nov 17) at the completely full Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia.

With the dominating win, Tim Tszyu retained his regional WBO “Global” Super Welterweight Title, as well as his Asia Pacific Belt, feeling confident and more than ready to get in the ring against any of the weight-class two top dogs.

“You guys, I am coming for you,” said the undefeated 154-pounder, surely the hottest Australian boxer to come out from the Land Down Under in recent years.

In is last 4 battles, the 27-year-old Sydney-native has stopped in exciting fashion Steve Spark, Dennis Hogan, Bowyn Morgan and Jeff Horn, who had no chance against the smart coming-forward power puncher, admirer of Michael Jordan, who sweats, trains and fights to create an ever-lasting legacy in boxing, like the awesome one done by his thrilling old man.

Will he get to do so? Is Tim Tszyu on the path to becoming a super welterweight world champion?

Answers to those questions remains to be seen as the world crowns of Tim’s 154-pound division are currently held by world champions Jermell Charlo (WBA/WBC/IBF) and Brian Castaño (WBO) of Argentina.
Charlo and Castaño fought to a draw last July at the AT&T Arena in San Antonio, Texas, while trying to unify the super welterweight division..

How would Tim do in the ring against any of them? Would he be competitive against Charlo or Castaño?

The answer is yes. After tonight’s outstanding performance, It surely seems that Tim has the class to rumble against any of them.
Would he be able to take their belt?

We would love to watch and find out; and since Tim is the # 1 ranked contender in the WBO, it would be so natural to see this hot Australian fighting Castaño next. Will that happen? Let’s hope so.
