TINAMPAY TKOS KOREAN IN 4TH ROUND

FORMER Philippine welterweight champion Arnel Tinampay scored an impressive knockout win at the Yunbonggil Gym in Yesan, South Korea last May 6.
Tinampay stopped Geun Sik Choi by a technical knockout in the 4th round of their 10-round super middleweight bout held at the Yunbonggil Gym in Yesan, South Korea.
Tinampay, a native of Bohol, was accompanied by matchmaker Mack Canisio and trainer Allan Alegria, a former Philippine welterweight and junior welterweight champion from Davao City.
Tinampay, also a former Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) super lightweight champion improved his record to 24 wins with 10 knockouts against 20 losses and one draw.
It was only the first defeat suffered by the Korean boxer after four straight wins.
