Former world champion, Miguel “Títere” Vázquez, is already focused on his next commitment on September 2 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, AGAINST Daniel “Cañerito” Ruiz, with the WBC Latino super welterweight belt on the line.
Vazquez came together with his promoter Joel Gallegos, 4X4, to our weekly press conferece to talk about his next goals. One of Vázquez’s projects is to have a title shot asap, but he’s willing to progress step by step along the road that will lead him to reach this milestone.
Daniel Ruiz is a dangerous rival. He has been Latino champion by defeating Ricardo Castillo. He has fought in Canada, Spain, and Philippines. He also fought against Humberto” Zorrita “Soto, Former WBC super featherweight and lightweight World champion.
Miguel Vázquez stressed he’s very grateful for the confidence of his current promoter Joel Gallegos.
He has a record of 38-5-0, 18 KOs, he won the Golden Belt championship in 2006 as welterweight, and confirmed that his plan is to be WBC champion very soon.
