At the ‘Belvedere’ event center in Elk Grove Village, IL Friday night, former NFL and Notre Dame football player, Tommy Zbikowski (7-0, 5 KOs) won by second round disqualification over late replacement, Raymond Gray (1-1, 1 KO) in a scheduled four round cruiserweight contest. Zbikowski dropped Gray midway through round two with a left hook to the head, however upon rising, Gray protested the knockdown, claiming the punch landed to the back of his head. When Gray would not answer referee David Smith’s questions, and continued being non-compliant, the bout was waved off at the 1:44 mark.
