TOY STORY OR GAME OVER KO?

This Saturday “Fireworks Night”  WBC #4 rated super middleweight contender Avni Yildirim and #7 Schiller Hyppolite  collide in Munich for the vacant WBC Silver International Championship.

The winner of this fight takes  a giant step towards a  world title fight next year. Hyppolite who has Haitian roots and fights out of Montreal, Canada, showed great, audacious, impertinent  and utterly undaunted confidence after arriving in Germany, imbued with the philosophy that deed will match word!

Like Friedrich Schiller, one of the greatest German poets and philosophers of the 18th century,  his dextrous  surnamesake  is also rather good at firing salvos, clusters and combinations of  pointed words, forming  barbed sentences.

“I can’t wait to meet Mr. Yildirim”, said Hyppolite. “It’s gonna be a really good fight. I will have really nice fun with him. I’m gonna play with him. He’s gonna be my toy.”

The Turkish rising star succinctly and testily responded to the teasing and taunting provocation, by snapping: “So, we know that this guy can talk. Let’s see if he can also fight. After making all of these big bold statements he`ll  have to back them up in the ring. If he thinks that this is a game he`s come  to entirely the wrong place. There is a reason why they say that you cannot play boxing. If he wants to play…then  he should stick to his Barbie dolls. I saw that he is painting his finger nails. I think this guy is in the wrong business.  I promise that I will not play with him. I`ll  just knock him out. He may not respect me now but he CERTAINLY WILL, when I’m done with him.  It’s game over!”

Yildirim vs. Hyppolite is the sizzling main event of a big card promoted by Ahmet Oner (ARENA) in association with Alexander Petkovic (Petko’s Box-Promotion) which also features the Female Middleweight Unification between WBO Champion Christina Hammer and WBC Champ Kali Reis. Sky Germany will broadcast the event live on Pay-Per-View.
