ASIA’S no. 1 boxing promoter Gang Liu announced today that he is staging three exciting World Boxing Association (WBA) championships in just one boxing show on May 7 at the Shan Xi Normal University Stadium in Xi An, China.
The main event will feature WBA International super featherweight champion Can “Monster” Xu (11-2-0) of China defending his title against former IBO World super featherweight champion Jack “The Assassin” Asis (35-19-5, 18 KOs) of the Philippines.
The two other title fights are the battles for the WBA Asia super bantamweight crown between Xiaojun Qiu (21-4-0) and Nouldy Manakane (32-21-2) and the WBA China super lightweight crown between Baishanbo Nasiyiwula (11-0-1) and Taisho Ozawa (21-9-2).
The undercard will feature female flyweight boxer Hei Tao Zhang against Dipika Tiwari and flyweight Waldemar Pagan versus Macrea Gandionco.
