Tyson vs. Jones Jr

According to various reports, Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. will swop punches in a heavyweight exhibition match on September 12, at Dignity Health Sports in Carson, California.

Due to restrictions, because of the Covid-19 pandemic, there will be no presence of fans, but it is very likely that it will be broadcast on television or some digital platform.
Tyson turned 54 on June 30 and has been training and getting fit in recent months. A former heavyweight champion who continues to be adored by millions of boxing fans, Tyson (50-6, 44 knockouts) has not fought since losing to Kevin McBride in June 2005.

Jones, 51 (66-9, 47 knockouts) has not announced his final retirement, but the former champion in four divisions has not fought since February 2018 when he defeated Scott Sigmon by unanimous decision.
