The UFC is returning to the capital city of Canada.
On Wednesday, officials announced that the Octagon will return to Ottawa, Ontario for the first time since June 2016 when the Canadian Tire Centre hosts a show on May 4.
No headliner was named for the card, but several bouts were made official.
Elias Theodorou (16-2) and Derek Brunson (18-7) will meet in a battle of ranked middleweights. After defeating Eryk Anders by split decision at UFC 231 in December, Theodorou will be looking for his fourth straight win, while Brunson is coming off of back-to-back losses to Israel Adesanyaand Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza.
Also announced, a bantamweight bout between former Ultimate Fighter contestants Sarah Moras(5-4) and Leah Letson (5-1), a heavyweight bout between Arjan Bhullar (8-1) and Juan Adams (5-0), a bantamweight bout between Aiemann Zahabi (7-1) and Vince Morales (8-3), a bantamweight bout between Brian Kelleher (19-10) and Mitch Gagnon (12-4), a middleweight bout between Andrew Sanchez (10-4) and the debuting Marc-Andre Barriault (11-1), and a bantamweight bout between TUF 27 winner Brad Katona (8-0) and Merab Dvalishvili (8-4).
The UFC Ottawa main card will air on the ESPN+ streaming service.
