The UFC makes a return to the state of Virginia next month, and they’re go there with a barnburner of a headliner. Former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis will meet exciting veteran Dustin Poirier in the main event of the November 11th event in the Ted Constant Convocation Center in Norfolk. In addition to that, there main card is stacked with veterans.
The co-main event will see TUF 1 winner Diego Sanchez taking on Matt Brown in the latter’s retirement fight. The bout will be Brown’s 24th (and final) in the promotion, while Sanchez is taking part in his 27th. In fact, four other fighters on the main card have competed in the UFC more than 20 times as well.
