The MMA Vivisection – UFC London: Till vs. Masvidal PRELIMS picks, odds, & analysis
The over under for the UFC London main event has been set at 4.5 rounds. ‘Over 4½ rounds’ sits with a favored value of -117, while “Under 4½ rounds’ is barely holding on to an underdog moneyline of +102. The odds see this one ending early just as much as they see it going the full 25-minutes. Both ‘Fight goes to decision’ and ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ own assessments of -115 respectively.
UFC London has another hometown fighter favored in the co-main event. The promotion’s #10 ranked welterweight, Leon Edwards, is a -135 betting favorite over the #13 ranked Gunnar Nelson. Nelson currently resides with an underdog tag of +125.
The over/under for this 170-pound matchup hits at 2.5 rounds. ‘Over 2½ rounds’ can be picked up at -157, with ‘Under 2½ rounds’ available for +142. Just like the UFC London main event, the odds project that Edwards vs. Nelson is almost just as likely to end early as it is to go the distance. With a slightly more favored line, ‘Fight goes to decision’ can be had for -125. Going back the other way, ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ is currently valued at -105.
Also on the card, surging undefeated prospect Dominick Reyes is moderately favored over former UFC light heavyweight title challenger Volkan Oezdemir. Reyes clocks in with a strong -230 moneyline with a +210 comeback on Oezdemir.
The over/under for this 205-pound scrap is 1.5 rounds. ‘Over 1.5 rounds’ can be scooped for -137, and ‘Under 1.5 rounds’ has been assessed at +122. Unlike the top-two bouts on the UFC London card, the oddsmaker indicate that this matchup will be ending early. ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ sports a stout favored line of -240, with ‘Fight goes to decision’ playing the underdog role at +180.
The UFC London main card will air live on ESPN+ at 4:00 P.M. ET with the prelims starting at 1:00 P.M. ET also on ESPN+.
