Twenty-six seconds.
That’s how long it took for Francis Ngannou to put a stop to Cain Velasquez’s Octagon return. Ngannou bested the former UFC heavyweight champion in the blink of an eye on Sunday night in the main event of UFC Phoenix, stopping Velasquez with punches after the Arizona native’s knee buckled in an exchange along the cage.

Great fight from both guys. Myles reminded me why he was such a highly touted prospect coming into his first stint on TUF. When he opens up, he’s very dangerous. Fili embodies the technical brawl with a gritty high pace and he uses his range well.
