UFC Stockholm comes to us this Saturday, June 1st, from the Ericsson Globe Arena in Sweden. Bloody Elbow has the betting lines!
The top of the billing will see a pair of former title challengers lock horns when the #2 ranked light heavyweight Alexander Gustafsson meets the #4 ranked Anthony Smith. Having already challenged three times for gold, Gustafsson is heavily favored over the four-fight 205-pounder. Gustafsson can be scooped up with a moneyline of around -290, with a +260 comeback on Smith.
The over/under for this five-round main event matchup has been set at 3.5 rounds. The ‘under’ sports the favored line here, currently available at a mark of -117 with the ‘over’ registering at a slight underdog tag of +102. The oddsmakers do not foresee this one lasting the full 25-minutes. ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ is strongly favored with a moneyline of -195 over ‘Fight goes to decision’ at +160. The bookies have Gustafsson pegged as the fighter more likely to get it done early. ‘Gustafsson wins inside distance’ can be grabbed for +120 with ‘Not Gustafsson inside distance’ at -150. ‘Smith wins inside distance’ has much more meat on the bone at +315 with ‘Not Smith inside distance’ at -410.
More light heavyweights are scheduled in the co-main slot as well when the #11 ranked UFC mainstay Jimi Manuwa takes on surging unranked prospect Aleksandar Rakic. Despite being ranked at the top of the UFC’s 205-pound division for quite some time now, a string of tough losses has Manuwa playing the underdog role to the up and coming Rakic. Manuwa is available at an underdog mark of +185, with Rakic owning a favored line of -200.
The over/under for this three-round co-main event has been set at 1.5 rounds. The ‘over’ can be had for -107 with the ‘under’ a hair more favored at -108. The line setters definitely do not think this matchup will last all fifteen-minutes. ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ owns a stout favored line of -290 with a +230 comeback on ‘Fight goes to decision.’ The betting lines have Rakic more likely to get the finish here than Manuwa. ‘Rakic wins inside distance’ sits with an underdog tag of +120, with ‘Not Rakic wins inside distance’ at -150. ‘Manuwa wins inside distance’ can be obtained with a moneyline of +215, with ‘Not Manuwa wins inside distance’ at -275.
