DAVAO CITY – Undefeated Mark “Thunder” Vicelles of Sultan Kudarat will fight former Philippine Boxing Federation flyweight champion Arnold “Destroyer” Garde of President Roxas on March 27 at the IPI Compound in Mandaue City.

It will be the first of a series of bubble boxing events this year by the Omega Sports Promotion.

Garde came back with a unanimous decision victory against Aries Buenavidez of Davao to win the vacant Philippine Boxing Federation flyweight title last June 29, 2018, in Maco.

But Garde lost again for the PBF flyweight title to Renz Rosia last June 28, 2019 in Maco. He again bowed to Jerven Mama of Gensan by a unanimous decision last Feb. 29, 2020 in Lagao Gym in Gensan.
