Michal Oleksiejczuk now has his complete sanctions.

USADA suspended the UFC light heavyweight for one year after his positive test for clomiphene in December, the UFC’s anti-doping partner announced Tuesday. Oleksiejczuk was already suspended one year in March by the Nevada Athletic Commission (NAC) and his win over Khalil Rountree was overturned to a no contest. The suspensions will run concurrently.

Oleksiejczuk, a native of Poland, tested positive for the banned substance — an anti-estrogen agent — in an in-competition drug test in relation to his fight with Rountree at UFC 219 on Dec. 30 in Las Vegas. Oleksiejczuk, 23, initially won by unanimous decision.

His one-year period of ineligibility began retroactively on Dec. 30, 2017, so Oleksiejczuk will be able to return to the UFC on Dec. 29, 2018. Oleksiejczuk (12-2, 1 NC) made his UFC debut against Rountree after his fight with Ion Cutelaba was scrapped at UFC 217 due to Cutelaba’s failed drug test. Oleksiejczuk has won nine straight and is a solid prospect out of Europe.
