USNBC CHAMPIONS: BROWNE, PETERSON AND BRONER SHINE

SHOWTIME presented a great boxing card at the Cinemas Center of the Xavier University in Cincinnati, where fans enjoyed the performances of three former WBC-USNBC champions,  Marcus Browne, Lamont Peterson and Adrien Broner.

Marcus Brown, is a high-ranked fighter,  who has won 14 of his 19 bouts by KO since his pro debut on November 9, 2012. Brown conquered the USNBC belt on April 16 by defeating Radivoje Kalajdzic via a split decision at the Barclays Center of Brooklyn, New York.

Adrien Broner was able to defeat Adrian Granados by split decision in a ten rounds fight, fulfilling  his promise by performing as a much more mature fighter.

“The Problem” twice conquered the USNBC belt, first in January 2011 beating John Revish in the lightweight division and in June of the same year against Jason Litzau, but this time in the super featherweight division.

Lamont Peterson became USNBC champion in the super lightweight defeating  Jose Leo Moreno by unanimous decision. Lamont currently marches on with a record of 35 fights victories, 17 of them by KO, 3 losses and a draw.
