The fighters  of the card ‘Honor on the Mountain’ present  the official weigh in at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Carolina, Puerto Rico, in advance of Saturday`s event  at the Samuel ‘Sammy’ Coliseum. Rodríguez de Aguas Buenas.

In main event Yomar ‘The Magic’ Alamo (13-0, 10 KO) will contest for the WBC super lightweight youth championship. He tipped 138.2 pounds and his opponent, Hungarian, Zsigmond Vass (13 -5, 2 KO) weighed 138 pounds.

“My opponent and I have won the first round. We passed the weigh in. Now we are going to  war. “said Yomar Alamo.

“I come with the mentality of looking for the knockout because I will be fighting at the house of Alamo. It will not be easy to win  but I will prove that I am a warrior, “said Zsigmond Vass.

The Álamo-Vass match is historic as it is the first  time that Puerto Rican professional boxing will host a WBC Youth World Championship bout.

The match between London 2012 Olympian Jantony Ortíz (7-0, 4 KO) vs. Chilean Robinson Lavinanza (12-4-1, 4 KO)  was canceled due to a Jantony Ortiz  falling  ill.

Carlos Maldonado, President of Black Tiger Promotions stated that “Jantony’s fight will be re- scheduled for September.
