Watanabe favoured in Japanese unification bout!

Tomorrow at the Korakuen Hall fight fans will be able to see Nobuyuki Shindo (20-4-1, 8) [新藤寛之] and Akinori Watanabe (37-7, 31) [渡部あきのり] fight to unify the Japanese regular and interim titles at 154lbs.

The bout, which will be shown life in Boxingraise, has been priced up by betting website STS for gamblers in Poland.

The heavy handed Watanabe is the favourite, priced at 1.57 to win, the same as 57/100 for our English readers or -175.4 for our American ones.

Shindo, who enters the bout as the regular champion, is the under-dog at 2.10, the same as 11/10 or +110. Despite being the under-dog he is the younger man and the naturally bigger man.
