WBC 55TH ANNUAL CONVENTION STARTS THIS MONDAY

The World Boxing Council holds its 55th Convention in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, where several champions and former champions have already settled in this beautiful city beside the Caspian Sea.
A press conference led by WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman, Azerbaijan Sports Minister Azad Rahimov and great champions and former world champions Evander Holyfield, Azumah Nelson, Bernard Hopkins, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai, Christina Hammer, among others.
Subsequently, the traditional welcome cocktail was held, in which delegates, promoters, managers and promoters have fun together.
This convention will discuss very important issues, including world ratings, mandatory defenses, medical issues, seminars for referees, awards, presentations of the champions, among many other activities.
