WBC Cares Umbrella - Fightnews Asia

WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman has praised the Inspiration and dedication of WBC Cares Chair Jill Diamond.

WBC Cares is a vital outreach as well as a real boon and boost to people, especially the young, in real and often dire need.

It is an umbrella under which many initiatives including Scholas, Heroes for Humanity, the Jose Sulaiman Fund, COVID Food Fund, and the Mental Health Task Force thrive. There’s also Unity for Peace, BoxVal, the WBC Talks, and The Suleimen Award.

Jill Who’s helped to build all of this since coming to the WBC in 2004, said: “We have an amazing team with twelve Ambassadors for WBC Cares. We reach out to everyone to keep the community together. We are looking to the future and things will be good. Over two hundred Hero’s for Humanity!

“People took the time to write letters of recommendation for an Army of Angels. The children are the winners and show us the way. We use our platform not just for boxing, but for the whole world.”
