WBC champion Adonis Stevenson will be making his mandatory title defense against silver champion Eleider Alvarez.
Due to the lack of activity for reasons out of control of the champion in the past 2 years, the WBC has ordered to have another mandatory title defense, which will be determined with a series of fights, which begin tomorrow.

Vs.
Sean Monaghan (US) WBC No. 8 (28-0-0, 17 KO’s)
Aug. 19 NABF Lt. heavyweight Title
Oleksandr Gvozdyk (Ukraine) WBC No. 2 (13-0-0, 11 KO’S) NABF champion
Vs.
Craig Baker (US) WBC no rated (17-1-0, 13 KO’s)
Once these three fights take place, the WBC will confirm the final stage of this tournament depending on the results from these matches.
