WBC PLANNING MAJESTIC 55TH CONVENTION IN BAKU, AZERBAIJAN

During the World Boxing Council weekly press conference in downtown Mexico City, its President Mauricio Sulaiman announced that advanced work is underway, building towards the annual Convention, in The Fall, located in the Caucasus Region.

The Fairmont Hotel located in Baku,  the Capitol of Azerbaijan, will be the luxury host venue for our annual meeting, which will this year take place on October 1 to 6.

“We are so excited for our next Convention in this magnificent place. We will take this opportunity to boost our beloved sport in this región, ” the WBC Leader, stated, commenting on a film showing the amenities, luxuries and conference facilities of this unique complex by the Caspian Sea. He’s also confirming many former and current world champions will travel to Azerbaiyan to join  Boxing’s greatest fiesta. The World Boxing Council has 165 affiliate nations.
