Fighters successfully made weight for Bebot Elorde’s Night of Champions XVIII, the exciting 15-fight pro boxing event set to fire up the stage today Saturday, August 3, at the Elorde Sports Complex in Sucat, Parañaque, Metro Manila.

Will the more experienced 26-year-old Filipino successfully counter-attack the furious offensive of the strong Daisuke Sugita (4-1, 3 KO’s), bombing the Japanese hard down to the canvas?   Or will it be the visiting Sugita  —   a police officer in the Tokyo Police Department  —  the one to brutalize the Filipino, rocking him mercilessly?
