Mexican-American WBC Diamond Welterweight Champion 🇲🇽🇺🇸 Mikey Garcia (40-1, 30 KO’s) is been considered as one of the possible opponents for Filipino icon 🇵🇭 Manny Pacquiao (62-7-2, 39 KO’s).
Trained by his elder brother, the 32-year-old Mikey is a 4-division world champion known to be a patient fighter with good punching power and a large fan base, especially in the west coast. 👍👍
Born to Mexican parents who worked as strawberry pickers, Mikey began boxing at age 14 and has had successful amateur and pro careers. 🥊🥊
That’s because boxing is Mikey’s genes. His dad Eduardo, as well as brothers Roberto and Daniel have all been boxers.
Last week, the California-native Mikey outclassed taller former welterweight champion Jessie Vargas over 12 rounds in Texas (photo)
Will Mikey Garcia be the next opponent for the great Pacman Pacquiao..?? 🔥🔥
