YAMAKANA To DEFEND WBC CROWN IN TOKYO

World Boxing Council bantamweight champion Shinsuke Yamanaka (26-0-2, 18 KOs) will defend his crown on March 2 against dangerous Mexican Carlos Carlson (22-1, 13 KOs) in Tokyo, Japan .

Southpaw Yamanaka will have a hard test against 26 year old Carlson, who`s been coming on a treat.

The champion has already made 11 title defenses since winning the belt against Christian Esquivel in 2011. Carlson earned his opportunity by KO`ing Alex Rangel in the third round, to win NABF bantamweight championship.
