The official weigh in has taken place, at the Grand Palace Hotel in Tokyo, prior to tomorrow`s much anticipated World Boxing Council bantamweight championship at Kokugikan Sumo Arena in Tokyo, where undefeated World Boxing Council bantamweight champion Shinsuke Yamanaka (26-0-2 / 18KOs) will make the twelfth of his belt against Mexican NABF champion Carlos “Memin” Carlson (22-1 / 13KOs).
It`s being called: “World Premium Boxing” and is presented by Japanese promoter Akihiko Honda, who`s head of the traditional Teiken Boxing Gym in Tokyo.
Shinsuke Yamanaka and Carlos “Memin” Carlson passed the official weigh in. The results were : Yamanaka 117.75 pounds, while Carlson tipped 117 pounds.
