“Gallo” ready to beam in on Beamon

Juan Francisco “Gallo” Estrada is applying the finishing touches for meticulous preparations to defend his World Boxing Council super flyweight belt , against American Dewayne Beamon on August 24 at the Multipurpose Center of Hermosillo, Sonora.

Estrada is determined to effectively shine in front of his home town fans,  since he has not fought in Mexico since March 2017.

“Beamon is a complete, fast fighter, but we will make him exchange blows. We are preparing to make a great fight. I`m trained for a 12 rounds war. We return to Mexico, happy, and as champions, with a belt that I always wanted to have. The dream of having it was fulfilled and now I`m  going to effectively defend it,” vows the fighter from Puerto Peñasco, Sonora.

Estrada, who will arrive with a 39-3, 26 KO”s record, is determined to be impressive as the Zanfer boxer will now also be under the promotion of Matchroom Boxing. “We are going to make a war and I am sure that I could be a candidate for the Fight of the Year. And if the knockout happens, all the better.”
