55 boxers receive ‘ayuda’ in Cebu

DAVAO CITY – Fifty-five boxers received their ‘ayuda’ from the boxing and MMA community recently.

The boxers who received sacks of rice are from the Brix Flores Boxing Gym, Big Yellow Boxing Gym, 1000 BC Boxing Stable, Phil Aus Boxing Stable, ZIP Sanman Boxing Stable, Liloan Boxing Stable, ARQ Boxing Stable, Tepora Boxing Stable, and the Villamor Brothers Boxing Gym.

The ‘ayuda’ which was worth P30,500 was given at the Villamor Brother Boxing Gym. The turn-over was made by Edmund and Edito Villamor.

The ‘ayuda’ was donated by former PABA super featherweight champion Jun “The Neutralizer” Paderna, welterweight Ricky “Chocolate Hills Mondo Harada” Sismundo, Jay Musa, Edwin Aliong, Randy Navarro, Jojo Torres, Paul Watson, Erwin Neri, Alan Piodena, Romulo Balbontin, Tony Jaro, Jonrey Villar, May Pagdato, Norbz Taño, Domar Saguipil, Marcelo Ayala, Juniefer Narciza Tanding, Venice Dangley, Robert Etorma, Jay Caburobias, Randy Dela Peña, Nick Abas and promoter-manager-match maker Brico Santig.
