The John Gotti III show is rolling into Connecticut.
Classic Entertainment & Sports MMA announced Wednesday that Gotti, the grandson of the infamous New York mobster of the same name, will fight DeVon Mosley in a welterweight bout at CES 56 on May 31 at Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford. The event will stream live on UFC Fight Pass.
Gotti is unbeaten in his pro career so far, winning three fights by first-round knockout. He most recently fought in November 2018, knocking out Josh Zuckerman in 28 seconds.
All of Gotti’s pro bouts have taken place under the CES banner.
Mosley, known as “The Silverback”, is 3-2 as a pro. His last outing took place on June 7, 2014, at a Glory Fights show where he lost to Elder Ramos by first-round TKO.
CES 56 is currently set to be headlined by a featherweight title bout between champion Bruce Boyington and challenger Dan Dubuque. One-time World Series of Fighting lightweight title challenger Nick Newell is also booked to make his CES debut, he faces Kalvin Hackney.
