
Bacon knockouts Junco in 2nd round

Welterweight James “Bring Home the” Bacon of Mandaue scored another sensational knockout by stopping Roque Agustin Junco of Argentina in the 2nd round last Nov. 20 at the Media Plus Studios in Hialeah, USA.
The 30-year old Bacon hit Junco with a devastating left to stop the fight at 2:33 and lay down on the canvas.
It was the second bubble boxing event for Bacon this year. His first was a knockout victory also against Gonzalo Carlos Dallera of Argentina in the 2nd round last Oct. 17 at the Manual Artime Community Center Theater in Miami.
Bacon now has 25 wins with 17 knockouts against four defeats.
