World Boxing Council flyweight champion Yessica ‘Kika’ Chavez and Ana ‘Bronca’ Arrazola will define the second finalist of the WBC Diamond tournament, at the Palo de Zapopan Theater in Jalisco.
Kika who reached this stage by beating three-time world champion Naoko Fujioka, will make the fifth defense of the 112-pound crown against Arrazola who likewise won her eliminatory match and the silver crown by defeating Raja Amasheh in Vienna, Austria.
‘Kika’ climbed to this summit with 28 wins, 4 of them by way of the knockout and four defeats plus three draws, with seven wins in a row. While Ana has 26 wins, 13 KO´s , 11 defeats and a draw. She has a winning streak of six bouts.
The winner Fights Esmeralda “Joya” Moreno, who earned her ticket to the grand final after winning a memorable clash with former world champion Ibeth Zamora.
