Darren Till goes off in expletive-filled post-fight speech after win over Stephen Thompson at UFC Liverpool

Darren Till’s post-fight remarks were too raw for FS1.

The UFC welterweight went off in an expletive-filled rant Sunday night after his unanimous decision victory over Stephen Thompson in the main event of UFC Liverpool. Till’s comments to interviewer Dan Hardy in his hometown were censored by FS1. But the UFC posted a clip of what he said afterward — uncensored.

“For all them doubters, yes!” Till said. “Say what now? Now? Who the f*ck is doubting me now? No one! No one!”

Till (17-0-1) missed weight by 3-1/2 pounds Saturday and had to come in at 188 pounds or under for the bout Sunday against Thompson. He dealt with some personal issues this week, but didn’t want to use them as an excuse afterward. Till, 25, won by unanimous decision (48-46, 49-46, 49-46), though critics panned the judges’ scorecards. Many thought “Wonderboy” won.

It’ll go down as a Till victory in the record books, though. And “The Vanilla Gorilla” will likely move on to another big fight in the welterweight division. UFC president Dana White said at the post-fight press conference that Till will probably fight in Las Vegas next.
