Alejandro “El Payasito” Hernandez in the company of his promoter Ricardo Maldonado de Producciones Deportivas and manager Manuel Lopez flew to Paris, where he’s contesting the silver bantamweight crown of the World Boxing Council this Friday.
“I have dreamed about it, I woke up dreaming that it was already happened, that I had won, that we have the belt! I have dreamed awake and I am going to do it. I am going to win and I will be champion!”
Before taking the flight his wife and daughters as well as his parents and some of his closest friends gathered at the Mexico City airport to say goodbye, good luck and great success, prior to his first foray into Europe.
“The fight “is something special for my daughters and for my family, as they are my strength. It is so very important for them, they reflect on me and I want to do things right. I’m going to win!”
