
Ganoza to fight Shigeoka for WBO Asia Pacific minimumweight title on July 6

Southpaw Cris “Ai Ai” Ganoza of Matalam, Leyte will challenge Yudai Shigeoka of Japan for the World Boxing Organisation Asia Pacific minimumweight title on July 6 at the Prefectural Gynmasium in Kumamoto, Japan.
Ganoza recently beat on points Junuel Lacar of General Santos City last July 3, 2021 in Urdaneta City.
The 5-foot-5 Ganoza has 19 wins, three loses with nine knockouts.
Shigeoka (4W-0L), on the other hand, defeated Tsubasa Koura by a majority decision to win the vacant WBO Asia Pacific minimumweight last November 12, 2021 in Korakuen.
The boxing event is promoted by Hitoshi Watanabe of Watanabe Promotions.
