Heather Hardy will hop from the cage back to her old stomping grounds, the ring, on April 21 at Barclays Center.

The boxer/mixed martial artist will fight underneath an Adrien Broner main event, she said during a Tuesday taping of the Everlast podcast “TALKBOX.” Alas, to see her first in-ring appearance in over a year, you must be on site, because her bout will not be televised, or streamed.

The 12-2-1 Mexican Iranda Paola Torres will step to the line against Hardy, who holds a 2-1 mark fighting for Bellator in MMA. Boxing under the DiBella Entertainment banner, the 36-year-old Brooklyn resident owns a 20-0 record. She said on the pod she’s keen to get a title crack in short order, in a meaningful boxing bout, but needs to solve Torres first.

Torres subbed in at the tenth hour when Ana Julaton, set to face Hardy in the ring after they squared off in the Bellator cage in February, announced her retirement from the fighting life while contracts were to be signed for their rematch.

Hardy talked about why she totally gets it that Julaton walked away so abruptly in the podcast, which drops Wednesday morning.
