Box Fan Expo is a great innovative project that offers boxing fans of the exciting opportunity to meet and chat with ring legends, current champions, boxing celebrities and industrious greats of the industry.
The World Boxing Council confirmed its participation at the Box Fan Expo, at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Saturday, May 6 during the Cinco de Mayo weekend.
The Expo will coincide with the mega-fight between Canelo Alvarez vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., which has attracted the rapt attention of the world.
As a special attraction, the already famous Huichol “Adolfo López Mateos” belt, designed by Luis de la Cruz, made with 40,000 micro chaquiras in more than 300 hours of work, will be a star attraction.
Box Fan Expo in its two past editions has been a big hit among fans and people in the boxing industry. Many stars have attended, including: Mike Tyson, Robert Duran, Tommy Hearns, Roy Jones Jr., Sergio Martinez, Keith Thurman, Danny Garcia, Tim Bradley, Deontay Wilder, Amir Khan, Shawn Porter, Fernando Vargas, Zab Judah, James Toney, Vinny Pazienza, Mikey Garcia, Mia St.Johns, Leo Santa Cruz, Badou Jack, Terry Norris, Riddick Bowe, Earnie Shavers and Leon Spinks.
