After a spectacular January 2 opening of the Ryan Garcia and Luke Campbell fight, the calendar for the most-watched Martial Arts event across the globe has its hands full for the whole of January. Tokyo Japan will feature some of their best pugilists on January 14 as it will be headlined by Keita Kurihara who will mettle it out against Takuma Inoue in a 12-round bantamweight bout

On January 20, Showtime will present a Patrick Cora versus Hurshidbek Normatov in a 10-round duel in the Junior Middleweight at Uncasville Connecticut whilst ESPN will be live from Wakefield, England on January 22 for two title belts. Karim Guerfi will face Lee McGregor in a 12-round battle for Guerfi’s European bantamweight title while Sean McComb will see action against Gavin Gwynne also in a 12-round fight for the vacant Commonwealth lightweight title.

On January 23, the action goes back to Uncasville as Showtime will once more present a title fight between Angelo Leo and Stephen Fulton in a 12 round or maybe less toe-to-toe for Leo’s WBO junior featherweight title.

FOX and DAZN will present the title fight between Caleb Plant and Caleb Truax for Plant’s IBF super-middleweight title and the contest between Sergey Kovalev and Bektemir Melikuziev in their 12-rounds light heavyweight battle respectively. The show will be simultaneous on the 30th of January albeit Moscow will be ahead with the 11-hour difference.
