Orient and Pacific Boxing Federation (OPBF) bantamweight champion Keita Kurihara of Tokyo will defend his title against former WBC world bantamweight champion Takuma Inoue of Kanagawa on Jan. 14 at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.
The 27-year-old Keita first defended his OPBF title by knocking out Warlito Parrenas of Cadiz City in the 12th round last May 10, 2019, at Korakuen Hall.
He will be making his second title defense against Takuma.
Takuma recently suffered a unanimous decision loss to Nordine Oubaali of France for the WBC world bantamweight title last Nov. 7, 2019, at Super Arena in Saitama.
Meanwhile, minimumweight Katsuki Mori will fight against Sora Takeda in the main supporting event.
The promoter is Hideyuki Ohashi of Phoenix Promotions.
