KIKA TRAINED WITH CHAVEZ JR

Boosted by an extended quality training stint alongside Julio Cesar Chavez, who`s also tutored by Nacho Beristain, WBC female flyweight  champion “Kika” Chavez pledges to successfully defend her crown for the fifth time on May 13, against Ana “Bronca” Arrazola, in Zapopan, Jalisco assuring herself  a place in the WBC diamond belt grand final.

A very busy work agenda  for Kika at the Otomí Ceremonial Center next to Julio César Chávez Jr, will provide dividends for her  upcoming clash, which  will be  screened by  Televisa Deportes. The two-time world champion  concentrated wonderfully and focused acutely for two solid months in the Municipality of Temoaya, to take advantage of the “Son of the Legend” camp.
“I learned a lot!  It`s always good to exchange points of view and to assimilate as much information as possible.  I felt very comfortable and this will be reflected in the ring. This preparation with the Chavéz Jr. team has been one of the best of my career. There was an excellent work environment, a lot of fellowship and I feel completely ready and fully prepared for come what may, on the 13th.”
