Mean Machine 146.5, Zewski 147 in Las Vegas

Lithuanian welterweight Egidijus “Mean Machine” Kavaliauskas (21-11, 17 KO’s) and tough Canadian warrior Mikael Zewski (34-1, 23 KO’s) made weight ahead of their duel for the NABO & WBC Continental Americas welterweight titles today Saturday, September 12 (Sunday morning here in Asia) at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

During the official weigh-in ceremony, the “Mean Machine” Kavaliauskas registered 146.5 pounds, while Zewski made the limit of the division, 147 lbs., and they are ready to rumble.

The title fight is promoted by Bob Arum’s Top Rank live on ESPN.
