Pacquiao-Vargas undercard headliners were on hand Tuesday afternoon inside the Conga Room in Los Angeles for a press conference to announce their fights on the November 5 Las Vegas pay-per-view event. Joining Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum were WBO super bantamweight champion Nonito Donaire and his challenger Jessie Magdaleno, who meet in the co-feature, WBO featherweight champion Oscar Valdez, and flyweight contender Zou Shiming.
