DAVAO CITY – Undefeated Charly “King’s Warrior” Suarez of San Isidro, Davao del Norte, and lightweight Eduardo “The Nightmare” Mancito of Jose Abad Santos, Davao del Sur arrived already for their 14-day quarantine session.

The 32-year-old Suarez arrived already in Urdaneta City while Mancito is at the nearby Pangasinan.

They will fight on July 3 at the Urdaneta Cultural Sports Complex.
Suarez (6W-0L-0D, 5KOs) arrived with coach Delfin Boholst and his father Antonio Suarez.

“OK lang kami (We’re just OK)”, said Suarez.

The 28-year-old Mancito (18W-11L-2D, 9KOs), on the other hand, arrived with four others including flyweight Miel “Silent Assassin” Fajardo (7W-1L-1D, 6KOs) and featherweight Ivor “Haiyan” Lastrilla (12W-10K-1D, 7KOs), who will also fight in the “Relentless: Fists of Fire” boxing showdown.

Fajardo of Agusan del Sur will collide with Bienvenido “Sniper Ben Fairtex” Ligas (13W-1L-1D, 9KOs) of Caloocan while Lastrilla of Tacloban City will fight against Arnel “The Silencer” Baconaje (12W-4L-0D, 10KOs) of Iloilo.

They are accompanied by the brothers Alegria – Marvin and John John – who are also trainers just like their father Alan.

They are residing at the Good Shepherd Hotel. Promoters Robert Hill of VSP Boxing and Cucuy Elorde of UKC Pro Boxing Edition is taking care of their food and hotel, “Matatapos kami ng July 2 sa quarantine (We will end July 2 on quarantine)”, said Mancito.

Mancito has brought along his mitts to continue his physical exercise. He is still 138 lbs. and he needs to make it 135.
