Former champion Etsuko Tada of Kobe will again fight Ayaka Miyao of Tokyo on Dec. 3 at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.
Tada and Miyao had a split draw during the first fight last Jan. 28, 2020 for the vacant World Boxing Organization world female minimumweight title at Korakuen.
The 39-year old Tada (19W-3L-3D, 6KO) earlier stopped Kanyarat Yoohanngoh of Thailand in the 7th round last April 27, 2019 in EDION Arena, Osaka.
Tada was the former WBO world minimumweight champion when he beat Kayoko Ebata by a unanimous decision last 2018 in Osaka.
Miyao, on the other hand, beat Nao Ikeyama of Kyoto by a unanimous decision for the interim World Boxing Association World Female Atom title last November 2018 in Korakuem.
The 37-year old Miyao, however, lost Monserrat Alarcon of Mexico by a split decision for the WBA world atom female title in Korakuen last 2019.
“It will be a performance to reduce the number of people watching,” said Miyao.
The boxing promotion is presented by Hitoshi Watanabe of Watanabe Promotions.
