Undefeated Lalrinsanga Tlau of India will fight Eric Quarm of Ghana for the vacant World Boxing Council Youth world super featherweight title fight on March 6 at the R. Dengthuma Multipurpose Hall, Aizawl, Mizoram, India.

The 21-year-old Tlau (3W-0L-0D, 1KO) had two successful fights last year.

He first scored a technical knockout against G Mallikharjuna in the 1st round last Jan. 26 at Kittur Rani Chenamma Sports Complex in Bangalore.

Tlau then settled a unanimous decision over Haidari Mchanjo last March 6 at Caesars Palace Dubai in Dubai.

Quarm (4W-1L-0D, 1KO), on the other hand, had no fight last year because of the pandemic.

But he had three fights in 2019.

The 23-year-old Quarm first won over Richman Ashelley of Ghana last March 6 at Bukom Boxing Arena in Accra.

He then scored a unanimous decision over Odartey Lamptey last June 29 at Accra Sports Stadium in Accra.

But Quarm lost by a UD to Rilwan Oladosu for the West African Boxing Union Lightweight title last Dec. 28 at Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos Island in Lagos.

The 8-round championship is presented by the LPS Pro-boxing Fight Night Associated with LPS Vision and Grassroot Boxing Promotion and Management while the promoter is Mujtaba Kamal.
