Ukrainian Andrii Velikovskyi will face Mexican José de Jesús Macías, for the vacant international middleweight title of the World Boxing Council, during the main event of a card next Saturday, July 31, in Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Andrii Velikovskyi (19-2-1, 12 KOs) will be increasing his level of opposition, against the quality of Mexican, José de Jesús Macías (28-10-3, 14 KOs), who arrives at this fight after defeating in Cuernavaca, Mexico the former Canadian world challenger, Steven Butler, to conquer the NABF title.

Andrii Velikovskyi arrives with a streak of eleven consecutive wins since 2017, including winning the WBC Asia title. In his last fight, Andrii knocked out Czech Anatoli Hunanyan this April in Germany, in five rounds.
