Naoya Challenges Fulton

By Fightnews ASIA.

The fight is organized by Hideyuki Ohashi of Ohashi Promotions live on ESPN.

Will “Monster” Naoya Inoue continue is legacy, by delivering horror on the American unified super bantam world champion????

Initially, Fulton was supposed to defend titles against Inoue on May 7.

But the fight was delayed due to an injury to one of his Inoue’s fast and furious fists. It has been reported that it happened during hard training while hitting the big bag.

Thanks be to God, the fight will happen this coming Tuesday on ESPN in Japan, as Fulton wants to fight in the Land of the Rising Sun.

Surely attracted by the best purse of his career and by the interest of making history, Fulton accepted this challenge in Japan.

He will defend his crowns and his undefeated in 21 fights record.

The American won the WBO super bantamweight title in very early 2021, when he decisioned unknown Angelo Leo,

He then unified crowns and by defeating the heartbreaker Brandon Figueroa, to win the WBC belt in November of that same year. Athough, some fans saw the Mexican-American Figueroa edging over Fulton. But judges, as always, saw another thing.

Why would that be that always fans see one thing, but judges see another thing?

Anyways, Fulton also won on points and is now the owner of two 122-pound titles, plus he defeated former world champion Daniel Román in July of last year.

Fulton is Japan full committed to beating Inoue in their fight.

Its Fulton first outside the United States as a pro.

The 28-year-old Fulton, however, is naturally larger man and will have both height and reach advantages over the handsome and cool Japanese super star.

But Fulton might have ring rust?

Because its Just over a year after his last fight.

Now Fulton returns to the ring to face the sensational Naoya Inoue.

Inoue is one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the Galaxy in boxing today.

However, Fulton still to taste defeat as a pro. He will enter the ring on Tuesday with a record of 21-0, with 8 knockouts.

In contrast, Inoue’s track record is sensational, to say the least.

“Monster” is 24-0 with 21 knockouts and has a 19-0 record with 17 knockouts in world championship fights, wao.

Naoya won his first world title in 2014 when he knocked out Mexican Adrián Hernández to capture the WBO light flyweight belt.

He later became the 115-pound champion and made 7 world title defenses including a second-round knockout of Argentina’s awesome fighter Omar Narváez.

Then, as a bantamweight, Inoue became the division’s first undisputed champion in 50 years by knocking out Emmanuel Rodríguez, in just 2 rounds to conquer the IBF title.

The defeated the great “Filipino Flash” Nonito Donaire by unanimous decision in the Fight of the Year 2019 to capture the WBA title, and brutally knocked out the Filipino in their rematch.

With that second win over Nonito, Inoue claimed the WBC title from him. That was 1 year ago. After that, Naoya Inoue knocked out the WBO champ Paul Butler in 11 rounds.

Further to that, Inoue vacated all 4 bantamweight titles to move up to 122 to challenge “Cool Boy Steph” this oming Tuesday in a super attractive and exciting fight that no boxing fan want to miss.

Should Naoya Inoue win ove Fulton, i is more than willing to fight Filipino Johnriel Casimero. In fact, they were set to fight as the Japanese wants to trade blows with the Ormocano Quadro Alas.

The natural fight was going to happen in Las Vegas, but covid came disrupting boxing, knocking out the fight.

Inoue vs Casimero for the 122 world title would be a great fight that fans would love to Enjoy, BUT, Inoue has to deal with the unbeaten Champion Steve Fulton, which is not an easy fight.

Fulton is no patsy! Lets find out what will happen, and, as always, May the Best Man Win.

Don’t you dare to miss Naoya’s fight. Don’t do it. Enjoy the show! #FightNewsAsia
