YOANN KONGOLO WINS SILVER INTERNATIONAL TITLE IN LITHUANIA

At the Loftas Club in Vilnius, Lithuania, promising Swiss fighter Yoann Kongolo (9-0-0, 4 KO’S) scored an important win by defeating previously undefeated Russian Salambek Baysangurovy (8-1-0 , 4 KO’S) to win the Silver International semi-complete belt recognized by the World Boxing Council.

Although the match was close, Kongolo showed better boxing against Baysangurov who nevertheless never stopped to  attack his rival.

“The fight was really close. My opponent is a tough guy.  My preparation made the difference because I endured the rhythm of the fight he had. It’s a really pride for me to have a WBC International Silver title This will open many doors to me worldwide. I’m going to continue training hard to get to fulfill my dream. To be world champion “said Kongolo.
