Yulihan Luna pride fighting “Leona”

World Boxing Council bantamweight champion Yulihan ‘Cobrita’ Luna, fights Bárbara ‘Leona’ Martínez, on Friday in the Municipal Auditorium of Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico.

After conquering the WBC bantamweight title last October, defeating Mariana ‘Barby’ Juárez, Luna returns to the ring in a non-title fight.

Luna Ávila, 27, with a record of 20 wins, 3 knockouts, three losses, and a draw, will share the card for the first time with her siblings Julio Luna and Wendy Luna.

She has meticulously prepared via her work team composed of her father and coach Julio Luna, and the great former champion Cristian Mijares.
