Mexico.
Both men looked focused and in awesome shape during the official weigh-in ceremony, ready for hot action.
The 24-year-old Santiago battled popular Pinoy 115-pounder
“Pretty Boy” Jerwin Ancajas, 28, to a razor-thin split draw back in 2018.
Now as an 118-pounder, the Tijuana native aims to a shot at the WBC Bantamweight World Title.
A wiin today over García inches him closer to that golden dream.
Will the more-experienced Santiago emerge victorious today, or will glory-hungry García derail him?
